Armand Peri is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and business leader whose career spans multiple industries and decades of strategic growth. Born in Portugal and raised in New Jersey, Armand’s journey from immigrant beginnings to accomplished business owner embodies a commitment to disciplined execution, long-term vision, and value creation.

Before founding Peri Asset Management, Armand built and led successful ventures in entertainment, hospitality, and brand development, most notably as the founder and CEO of New Age Productions and the Hunk-O-Mania live entertainment brand. His diverse background in creativity, operations, and business expansion laid the foundation for his transition into real estate investing.

As the principal of Peri Asset Management, Armand oversees a growing portfolio of approximately 60 properties across New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Florida, encompassing commercial, residential, and government-assisted housing segments. Under his leadership, the firm focuses on opportunities that combine intrinsic demand with disciplined risk analysis and active asset management.
